In Badminton, as in life, the tools are almost as important as the skill in order to reach success. Besides the shuttlecock, the racket is the only other thing needed to play Badminton.
You can get away without a net or a court if you just play for fun, but your shuttlecock will not go far if you try to hit it with your hand.
